Reporting a mistake

Tell us the page, what looks wrong, and if possible your appliance’s model number and what your manual says. We prioritise anything safety-related.

Codes we don’t cover yet

Let us know the brand, appliance and code. We add codes once we can check them against the manufacturer’s own guidance.

What we can’t do

• We can’t diagnose your appliance or arrange repairs. For that, contact the manufacturer or a qualified engineer.
• We’re not a manufacturer or retailer, so we can’t help with orders, deliveries, warranties or refunds.
