LG error codes and help

LG washing machines show two-letter codes such as OE, IE and UE. Some messages are not faults at all: CL means the child lock is on and tCL relates to the Tub Clean programme.

Finding your model number

Many LG codes depend on the model. The model and serial number are printed on the appliance’s rating label. Your manual shows exactly where it is. Have both ready before you contact LG or an engineer.
