LG Washing Machine Error Codes

LG washing machines show two-letter codes such as OE, IE and UE. Some messages are not faults at all: CL means the child lock is on and tCL relates to the Tub Clean programme.

Codes can vary by model

Check the model number on your washing machine’s rating label and your manual. We only list codes we’ve checked against LG guidance. For anything else, use LG UK support.
